# 14 days trial subscription

I just subscribe into a 14 day trial to see how gumloop would work with my workflow before I actually pay for monthly subscription, but the supposed to be credits included in the trial did not reflect to my account. Is this a bug or intended to happen?

Hey @w11 – I sent you an email about this as well, but the reason is that your trial was cancelled automatically by the system.
Right now the same card can’t be used to redeem multiple trials, so it got flagged and cancelled on our end.
