# If/else nodes having issues?

Im bashing my head against the wall here with these If/Else nodes… the first one works fine but the 2nd coming from the false string is not allowing me to format the conditions is there a work around?

Hey @timehacktools! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the **run link** and make sure it’s **shareable** so we can take a look.

1. **Find your run link** on the history page. Format: `https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}`

2. **Make it shareable** by clicking **“Share”** → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

3. **Provide details** about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

Hey @timehacktools, could you share the run link where you’re having issues please? You can find it in the previous runs tab.

Also, I’m not totally sure what you mean by “second coming from the false string is not allowing me to format the condition.” If you could share an example, that would help clarify things.

We also have a new and updated node coming really soon that will replace our existing IF-ELSE node. Hopefully, that should resolve these issues and improve the experience as well.
