I have two uses cases I want to test, and I thought I would ask first in case either is obviously unworkable with gumloop…

1 - web scraper price recommendations. I am hoping to scrape one or more websites for current pricing and make some recommendations based on AI.

2 - chrome extension customer service. I am hoping to use a chrome extension to respond to incoming chat requests.

Anyone been down this path?

Hey @Kickball! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the **run link** and make sure it’s **shareable** so we can take a look.

1. **Find your run link** on the history page. Format: `https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}`

2. **Make it shareable** by clicking **“Share”** → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

3. **Provide details** about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: [https://www.gumloop.com/history](https://www.gumloop.com/history)

Hey @Kickball – The first option should definitely be possible. The second workflow is a bit trickier, but it should work if you send the message back to the chat via API. It’s not the ideal use-case for workflow automation, but it is doable. That said, I’m not sure if the Chrome extension would be needed in that scenario.
