# Randomizer - Pick 30 emails ... "any will do"

Need (again) some inspiration and ideas.  
I have a list of 400 items in a list.  
I want to create a flow which

1. Selects 30 items from this list random
2. Gives a “check” behind each selected item

(select 30 contacts which I want to send an email; and mark them (in the google sheet) as “email sent”

Should I write a custom node to make a random selection? And Ask AI is an expensive (easy) solution …  
Or … ?

Logic I would try

- Create a Google sheet with a random number generator. Feed that as input to subset the list
- then proceed with the rest of your flow
