# Text Formatting Output from Ask AI Node

Hi!
I am trying to use an Ask AI node to read through a document full of scraped emails and create a tone-of-voice / email writing guide based off all the scraped emails.
I’m currently getting it to output the text into Google Docs, but it doesn’t seem to be able to format the text with H1, H2, H3, bullet points, etc. for Google Docs via the Google Docs writer node. I have managed to prompt it to include all the markdown elements (like # for H1, **xx** for bold, etc.) but it doesn’t translate into formatted text on Google Docs (screenshot attached for reference).
Is this a Google Docs problem or is there another way for me to prompt the Ask AI node to make this possible? Open to suggestions on other apps to use other than Google Docs as well. Would the formatting work better on Notion?

Hey @The_Weeblings! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the **run link** and make sure it’s **shareable** so we can take a look.
1. **Find your run link** on the history page. Format: `https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}`
2. **Make it shareable** by clicking **“Share”** → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
3. **Provide details** about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

Hey @The_Weeblings - You’re super close. If you switch the content format to `Markdown` in the `Google Doc Writer` node you should be all set.
