# Why is gumlop disabling a user without violating anything?

I have been using gumloop account for 2 hours, but, midway, the account get’s logged out. Then, trying to signin, it says, user is disabled. Why?
Wasay you replied “Hey @starr_lucinda - I’ve sent you an email regarding this.” but I haven’t received any mail from you. Kindly resend.

Can I know the specific violations I made? Is it because I am in Africa?
