Add Claude Opus 4.5 Thinking and configurable "effort" parameter

Claude Opus 4.5 is now available on Gumloop (which is very cool!), but its thinking variant is not - the only reasoning Claude model in the model picker is 3.7 Sonnet, which is a little outdated now. Adding the new effort parameter introduced in Opus 4.5 to the options menu for Opus 4.5 would also be much appreciated (it’s similar to the verbosity setting available for OpenAI models).
