Can you help me figuring out this tool?

above is my run link. I’m trying to set up a workflow that scrapes my website and one document from us and combines that information with scraping websites from our users but it gives me this error text: " Combine Text Failed!
Node ‘Combine Text’ running in List Mode has an input ‘input5’ which is a list of 1 items. This is not matching the size of another one of the inputs, which has 4 items.

Please make sure all lists that go into this node are the same size."

The problem is that that combined text doesn’t even have an input5 item. And the four items they are referring to is the four items containing on the Google Sheets. I don’t know what to do.
