Hi, I am trying to configure the chrome extension input but the extension just doesn’t synch with the workflows. I have mutliple workflows that a have a “browser extension input” as input but the extension just doesn’t sync and therefore I can’t use the feature.

Here’s more details:

  • I deleted and reinstalled the extension
  • logged out and in, doesn’t change
  • the error appeared when I removed one of my flows directly from the extension interface. Since that moment, no flow appears

Hey @Giacomo_barone! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Giacomo_barone – Thanks for flagging! Two notes here:

  • Are you working out of a shared workspace? (feature available on the pro plan and above). If so, can you make sure you’re on the right workspace by clicking on the profile icon from the extension?

  • On the Extension Input node could you click on the action type from the dropdown to make sure its properly selected and then save?
