Clean google sheet -> gumloop will fill it

Hi there @Wasay-Gumloop

( I think/hope) a rather simple question … but can not find the answer …

I have a technical drawing. In it are the name, size and material.

Via Extract Data I’m able to get the relevant info from the file.

But how can a flow create a brand new Google sheet, without me defeining the headers in this Google sheet …

Thanks,

Bart

Hey @Donna! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @Donna – So I’m assuming you’re aware of the Create New Sheet option on the Google Sheet Writer node which requires a Google sheet to be set with the column headers, unfortunately thats the requirement for all the spreadsheet nodes. How would you expect it to work without the headers, ie. where should the data be written to, a single column?

You can define generic column names and then use that as a template, would that work here?

Yeap thanks!
