Getting error in FB ads scraper "is not currently running ads."

I am trying to scrape ads from FB library but I constantly get this error " Facebook Ad Library Scraper Failed!
Page https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?active_status=active&ad_type=all&country=PL&is_targeted_country=false&media_type=all&search_type=page&view_all_page_id=1623082551091502 is not currently running ads."

But this brand is running ads (you can check).

It works. I was adding FB Library URL instead of Facebook fanpage URL, sorry!
