Gmail reader failed

This should be a simple flow: read gmail for emails from a specific sender, read 3 specific parts that are the same in every email from the sender and then copy 2 1 sentence answer from the email into a google sheet.

The gmail reader is the first step and it fails. I see no inputs or outputs. I authenticated and re-authorized the gmail login multiple times

Hey @John! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @John – Can you share access to the flow please, steps outlined in the message above ^

Let me know if this makes sense and works for you :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Wasay. I understand what you are saying but I do not understand how to make it work in my instance. Can you jump on a zoom call for 10 minutes. I am sure this is a basic, simple thing.

Yeah sure, email me at wasay@gumloop.com please and I’ll share my cal link.

Thanks Wasay. Just emailed you.
