I created a workflow to add deals from HubSpot to a Monday.com board, but I only want it to add new deals. I can’t seem to find a way to do that, it keeps adding all deals that meet the creiteria.
So I am trying to create another flow that will check the status in my Monday.com board and then go update the Deal Stage in HubSpot. I believe this will fix the issue. However, when I ask the AI for help it is telling me to add the “HubSpot Deal Updater” Node, but I can’t find that. There is a company update and contact updater, but I don’t see a Deal Updater. Can someone point me to where I can find the HubSpot Deal Updater node?
Hey @gbaggs! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
Hey @gbaggs – Gummie might have been a bit off-base here, we do not have a native Hubspot Deal Updater node. That said, for your main workflow (ie. Hubspot Deals → Monday.com Board), can you share exactly why you’re not able to filter and keep new deals?
Could you share the run link associated with that, where the flow is adding all deals? You can find the run link on the https://www.gumloop.com/history page and please make sure to provide access to wasay@gumloop.com from the share button.
Sure, I shared the workflow. Originally I had it set to filter for all status of deals, so everytime I ran it, it was duplicating everything.
Then I changed it to only pull in deals with a Status of “New”. But I made this status to allow for this workflow to work, but it still requires a manual step for me to change the status in Hubspot. If I don’t change the status of the Deal in HubSpot, then it will pull in all the same deals into Monday again.
