Looking for Help for a Workflow

Hello, I wanted to make a Workflow that takes a Google Sheet input with a table that has two columns one named Test and one named Present and I want to make a workflow where I extract all the Rows in the Google Sheet where the value in Present is set to No and the output should be in a Google Docs format.

I would appreciate if someone could help me for the Automation.
