Train Gummie on your Nodes

Gummie will tell me to use a Node for something and the Node doesn’t have the functionality Gummie thinks it has. I mean really? This is what you’re shipping, you don’t train it on your system?

Here’s an example:

Gummie10:30 AM

For your AI Filter node, you need these inputs:

Inputs:

  • value: Connect from the RSS feed URLs (node 2MiC8bZoXojJ5uceJM8DiD output “list”) - these are the 5 URLs you want to filter
  • filter_by: Connect from the Duplicate node output - this should be the list of 5 identical CSV URLs

Parameters:

  • condition: “Return only URLs that do NOT exist in the filter_by list” (you already have this set correctly)
  • output_blank_value: Keep as true (you already have this set correctly)

This setup will compare each RSS URL against the CSV URL and only return RSS URLs that don’t exist in your CSV file.

Yes, you’re right! The value input should be from the Flatten List of Lists node (2MiC8bZoXojJ5uceJM8DiD) that processes the RSS feed URLs.

So your AI Filter inputs should be:

TO be honest, I’m pretty much giving up on Gumloop. It’s a shame, I have a bunch of projects, and I really like your Flow setup and the AI Nodes, but I need your Gummie assistant to actually work.

Got it. Really sorry about the poor experience here, we’ll work on fixing the issues you mentioned. Our priority is to make Gummie a first class citizen within the product.

That’s good to hear, I like your setup and the tools you offer, if you get your Gummie Assistant working better, it would be huge. I’ve tested Make, Zapier and a few others and there’s no reason why Gummie can’t be better.

Also, it would be great if we could add Nodes while in Gummie chat.

Let me know when you’ve made updates and I will give Gummie another shot, I’m looking for one platform to serve all our needs and we have a lot planned with AI and automation in general.
