So I posted this question and then did not follow up with it so it was closed. I will make sure I don’t do that again:
I have been tasked by a large plumbing company to develop an AI agent of sorts that will take all there service calls from all their locations and extract more accurate data from them. They want to know the number of calls that are clients who could potentially set an appointment to be serviced vs all other calls, what percentage of the serviceable calls had an appointment set, for those that did not have an appointment set, have a breakdown of the reasons why not so that the sales manager can better understand the health of the sales team. And what issues need to be addressed. They receive thousands of calls every month so there is loads of data to work with and they want to find a way to automate this to aid the sales manager.
How would I get started doing this? What would the first node be and what would the flow look like? I want to do this (rather than hire someone), so that I understand how this works since I would like to become more proficient with this technology.
