Why would a google sender node not work?

i’ve set up a flow for a client that worked with my credentials for gmail sender.

when having them add their own email credentials, remaking the gmail sender node and connecting everything, the gmail send node fails.

any idea why?

is there a workspace admin setting they have to update? we both have organizational email credentials.

here’s workbook failure: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=gmdyTU3gm2SSpaRBeFYo7B&run_id=EjUKnwmAmnvbTLhcs79sen

Hey @michaelraspuzzi! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @michaelraspuzzi — Are you and your client working off a shared workspace (available on Pro plans and above), or are you on two separate accounts? Also, could you try revoking and re-authing the credentials, then delete and re-add the Gmail node, and give it another go?

Two separate accounts: 2 different gumloops and 2 different emails.

And we’re trying the credential reset now, thanks for the reccomendation.

Hi Wasay, I revoked and re-added credentials and it still got an error.

Is there a google workspace admin setting that you all have seen that could prevent sending emails with gumloop integration?

It could be. Looping @rahul-gumloop here to confirm ^

Yes this is possible. The issue we are seeing on our end is “Precondition check failed.”

The admin would have to go through these processes to whitelist Gumloop:
