I’m currently working on a Gumloop → Zoho CRM integration, and I’ve run into a limitation around OAuth2. As it stands, Gumloop doesn’t support storing Zoho OAuth2 tokens, which makes it impossible to build a custom connector.
If Zoho CRM (and ideally the full Zoho suite) were supported in the Credentials area, this would be a game-changer. It would expose access to 300+ Zoho applications through Gumloop, including CRM, Campaigns, Email, Desk, Books, and even custom apps, opening up a huge range of possibilities for automations and data flows.
Right now, the only blocker is OAuth2 handling. If you have a workaround to securely store and refresh Zoho tokens in Gumloop, that would already help a lot. But if this is on your roadmap, I think it would add enormous value to the platform.
Hey @Carlos! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
Hey @Carlos – That makes a lot of sense, I can add Zoho to our backlog. Can you list a few use-cases you had in mind please so we can account for all those in the MCP server?
Thanks for adding Zoho to the backlog That’s great to hear. A few high-impact use cases we’d love to cover:
CRM Enrichment & Lead Intelligence
Pull new leads from Zoho CRM (based on full name + company).
Cross-reference with LinkedIn or other available sources.
Auto-enrich CRM fields with role, company details, and social insights.
Trigger a task and tailored email to the lead owner (sales), with talking points aligned to our sales strategy — giving reps a clear edge in their conversations.
Third-Party Data Hub (Middleware role)
Use Gumloop as the “middle layer” to connect Zoho CRM data with our other systems (e.g., WooCommerce for customer orders).
When new CRM records sync, Gumloop can trigger downstream flows into our third-party print hub software — keeping data consistent across platforms without manual intervention.
Expanding to Full Zoho Suite
With OAuth handled, this wouldn’t just unlock CRM but expose 300+ Zoho applications (Campaigns, Desk, Books, Mail, Creator, Work Drive, etc.).
That opens up marketing automation, support ticketing, finance workflows, and custom apps, all orchestrated through Gumloop.
In short, if we can get past the OAuth2 storage issue, Gumloop + Zoho could be a very powerful automation stack.
