Hi Wasay,
There has been no updates with regard to this.
Why is there such a huge difference in response time and style between a potential customer and your existing one? Even the gummie chatbot is indifferent to the issues faced by the user once they have bought into the subscription.
Hey @Radvin18tid! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hey @Radvin18tid – Apologies for the slow response on the previous post, that’s my bad! Admittedly, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end and had to re-prioritize the ticket, but we also missed hopping on a call with you to debug further. I think the fastest option now would be to jump on a quick call to troubleshoot.
Here’s my calendar – if those times don’t work for you, just let me know what timezone you’re in and we’ll do our best to accommodate (we’re in Pacific time, by the way).
As for Gummie, it does not account for the subscription of the user – that would be totally unfair! If there’s a specific prompt you feel wasn’t accounted for properly by Gummie, please let me know.
