Today marked a very successful day where during our public workshop we were able to get customers to complete our maturity assessment and they could all get they custom report. There is a small bug however I could not figure out. At the moment I have 2 triggers on my google sheet. One is create (i want to keep it) and the second one is create and update (i want to remove this one).
What its currently doing is generating a report to my customer but also it is taking a data from the first row and sending that additiona report to my email (test run). Can you please help me to remove it.

Above is the flow. Additionally I cannot for my life depend on it add images and any sort of formatting to my google sheet if I use HTML formatting . Thanks
