Can't pull data from Google Sheets - but it worked last week

I have a flow that starts by reading a google sheet and passing the data to a subflow. Last week it was working fine, but today I tried to change the file it pointed to, and I can’t get any of the outputs to the subflow. It’s not even showing up to me.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hey @johnny_bravo! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Here’s the link to the last successful run:

Hey @johnny_bravo – In the Read google sheets subflow I can see that the URL column is not connected with the Scrape subflow which is the issue here. Could you map the input and then try again please?

Let me know if that works.

Hi @Wasay-Gumloop, thanks for the reply. My issue is that I’m not seeing the inputs pop up on the right side, so I can’t map it. It was mapped before with a different sheet, but since I tried changing the sheet, the inputs won’t show up. And I tried to revert to the old sheet, but still getting the same problem.

@Wasay-Gumloop I tried creating a new flow and I’m not getting inputs in any flow.

Hey @johnny_bravo – That is really strange, thank you for flagging! Do you mind clearing your cookies for Gumloop and logging in again? Let me know if that works.

Hi @Wasay-Gumloop, still the same. I tried on incognito page, chrome and edge, and am still getting the same issue.

Interesting. Do you mind trying a few more things, this would help us narrow down to the root cause.

→ Are you using a touch enabled device, like a surface pro?
→ Do you have any chrome accessibility settings enabled that could prevent pop-ups?
→ Certain chrome extensions can also block the side-menu, do you mind disabling them one-by-one and seeing if that does the trick?

Appreciate the patience here!

Hi @Wasay-Gumloop , don’t know how to explain but it worked now without me doing anything. In any case, thank you for the help

Appreciate the update here @johnny_bravo – sent you some credits to make up for the trouble! We’ve also made huge improvements to the side-menu and node connections, coming up later this week hopefully
