I’ve previously had access to the platform and worked with your AI models, so I have chat history from that period that I’d like to review. However, whenever I try to log in now, I get continuously redirected to https://www.gumloop.com/upgrade and can’t reach my chats at all.
Could you help me understand how I can get access to the chat history I created earlier? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this redirect issue so I can view my past conversations.
Hey Max, thanks for reaching out. We recently sunset the free tier, so accounts that aren’t on an active paid plan are now redirected to the upgrade page.
Your existing chat history is still associated with your account, but you’ll need to upgrade to regain access to the platform and view those previous conversations.

Thank you for the reply. However, requiring an active paid subscription just to view and export work and chat history previously created on the platform is a concerning vendor lock-in practice.
I am not requesting any compute, GPU resources, or new AI generations — I only require read-only access or an export of my existing chat logs and prompts stored in my account.
As Gumloop states compliance with GDPR and data protection principles, users are entitled to access and export their personal data without being forced into an upgrade. Could you please escalate this to provide a machine-readable export (JSON/CSV) or a temporary 24-hour read-only window to recover my work? Thanks.
