Constant redirect to /upgrade — can't access my previous chat history

Hi Gumloop team,

I’ve previously had access to the platform and worked with your AI models, so I have chat history from that period that I’d like to review. However, whenever I try to log in now, I get continuously redirected to https://www.gumloop.com/upgrade and can’t reach my chats at all.

Could you help me understand how I can get access to the chat history I created earlier? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this redirect issue so I can view my past conversations.

Hey Max, thanks for reaching out. We recently sunset the free tier, so accounts that aren’t on an active paid plan are now redirected to the upgrade page.

Your existing chat history is still associated with your account, but you’ll need to upgrade to regain access to the platform and view those previous conversations.
