I have a few flows that have an email sender in them, but it keeps crashing and says that “Gmail Sender Failed! reauth_required” but I have reauthenticated it at least 5 times already. When I check in settings and I can see that it’s authenticated. Whenever I do reauthenticate and run it manually it works, but then when the webhook triggers the same flow, it fails again.
Here is the link to the workbook.

Hey @SimonSays! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Interesting, thank you for reporting. We haven’t seen any such issues on our end – when you re-authenticate do you revoke and then authenticate from scratch or use the re-authenticate button? Can you try revoke and then re-auth please? Once that is done, please delete the node and add it back.
Let me know if that works for you.
I just clicked re-authenticate. Last time I did it, I deleted and added the nodes back, but I’ll try to revoke, delete, authenticate, and add back.
Sounds good and sorry about that!
