A competitor of Gumloop has their Agents able to be triggered by email. When this setting is enabled, the agent will also be accessible via email. Users can just email the agent’s email address and they’ll get a reply with the full response directly.
It would require the system to give the Workflow an email address (e.g. G13x42N332@gamloop.com). Also, if you can enter viables via the subject line and/or email body.
This would open a whole lot of new possibilities and uses for Gumloop Workflows.
Interesting. Technically this is still possible where you use the Gmail trigger on a specific address and send emails with workflow inputs, use AI to extract the inputs, process the workflow and reply to the same thread.
That said having an embedded option like you mentioned would be nice, would like to explore this more. Do you mind sharing the name of the platform that does this?
One thing what is also cool is to use the calendar trigger …
