I’m building a multi-step automation system for an education curriculum using Gumloop, ClickUp, Google Drive, and Claude as the generation engine. We’re looking for a highly capable expert to implement this system across a structured curriculum development workflow.
Sample lesson development tasks are already loaded in ClickUp with the relevant fields, and all required reference documents (unit overviews, finalized lessons, book guides, etc.) are pre-created and stored in Google Drive using a consistent naming convention.
We’re using Claude, not GPT, so knowledge of prompt chaining and formatting for Claude is required.
Scope of Work
You will build multiple automation workflows in Gumloop that do the following:
- Watch for new tasks in ClickUp by lesson type and status
- Pull structured content from ClickUp (unit, day, focus, standards, prior lesson, etc.)
- Locate the appropriate Google Docs and CSVs in Drive based on filename logic
- Generate a lesson draft using Claude
- Save the draft to Google Drive using a specific naming format
- Update the ClickUp task with the draft link and change its status
Each lesson type (daily shared lesson, literacy lesson, subject-specific lesson) requires its own automation. Additional logic for finalization and file versioning may be needed depending on task progression.
To be considered, please answer all of the following:
- Describe one automation you’ve built using Gumloop and ClickUp or Google Drive. What did it do, and how was it triggered?
- When creating Day 2’s Content, we need to reference Day 1. How would you structure the logic for referencing a prior day’s file without relying on manual links?
- What is your estimated timeline to build and test 3 automation workflows like this? What about 4 automation workflows?
- Provide a range for your rate
Only candidates who provide full responses to the questions above will be considered. We are not looking for general gumloop automation support, this is a system-building and automation role.
