Files in a google drive folder to analyse

Gummie sends me this - https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=iezxdS1qW2quYsQhddCcSE&tab=3&run_id=5YAJjaRptZ7RJ8zw55bUT5

I have several Google docs in a folder. These docs contain images and text. I made a (sub) flow for 1 document. Now I want to automate the entire folder with several docs, but I’m stuck. @Wasay-Gumloop your thoughts are welcome

Hey @Donna! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @Donna -

For the first issue seems like the folder was not selected properly when switched from Link to normal selection. Could you delete the Drive Folder Reader node, add it back and then run it please?

As for your second issue, the Analyze Image node failed because it received a Google Doc link - The node only works with media files like PNG, JPEG, GIF or PDF.

@Wasay-Gumloop so images in a google doc can not be analyzed? Or are there other ways to analyze images in a google doc?

(but can I select a google drive folder with pdf’s to be analyzed?)

That is right – you’d have to export them separately as a media file in order to use the Analyze Image node.

Yes that would work!

@Wasay-Gumloop it works … thanks

Awesome! No problem.
