Hey @Jamesp! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @jamesp, thanks for sharing the GIF - that was really helpful.

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my end since the trigger seemed to work correctly for me.

For your second point, I’ve logged a ticket so we can address the problem with the Google Form connection not being saved—thanks for flagging that.

In the meantime, here are two things you can try to get unblocked:

  1. Use Google Sheets as a workaround
    Connect your Google Form to a Google Sheet so that each submission is recorded there. Then, set up a Google Sheets Reader node in your flow and enable the trigger if required.

  2. Re-add the form node
    Delete the existing Google Form node, add it again, save the flow, and test to see if the trigger works.

Could you confirm if the trigger still fails after trying these steps?

Hi I just tried to access this flow to check and got this message. Did this flow somehow get deleted?

Hey @Jamesp – Looking into what went wrong here :eyes: Sorry about the trouble!

In the meantime you can use this flow and make a copy of it on your end.

thanks already rebuilt it

Oh, sorry about that! Will look into what went wrong here.
