Hey @sheilamengorio! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
Hey @sheilamengorio – Could you share the run link as well so I view the inputs/outputs please? You can find the run link on the https://www.gumloop.com/history page or through the Previous Runs tab on the canvas.
Additionally, I’d recommend giving the AI Web Research node a try. The Enrich Contact Information node relies on external data providers like Apollo, Proxycurl & Hunter.io that might not have data available in this case.
What I’dlike to do next is be able to do it in batches or as you mentioned I wanted to try AI search as well.
I also need to be able to search a close match of the salesforce Lead company name on Salesforce if it is an existing salesforce account (account name match is not always exact for example abc limited = abc ltd). I want the workflow to search for existing close match account and check if it is a current client or currently being prospected.
Got it, that makes sense. Searching for an existing close match account is honestly a bit tricky since the match is not exact. I’m thinking something like reading from Salesforce using the Salesforce Reader and then using an AI node to find the closest match.
If you get stuck setting this up, email me wasay@gumloop.com and I can hop on a quick call to point you in the right direction, that might be easier.
