Interface not Loading when opening workbook| Interface link not working either

Hey Gumloop team, I am experiencing issues with the Interface in my flow.

When I try to load into any Flow that contains an interface it says:

And the node is nowhere to see.

I have tried refreshing and no help.

When I try and use the interface link it says

When I load into a sheet it doesn’t show the interface, but Zia can still see it.

Is there any suggested actions?

Hey @Aidan_James! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
   

3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

I am having the same issue. I don’t have an interface node even in my flow, just a webhook. Please advise!

Hey @joshaviner – Do you mind making a copy of the flow below please? I’ve fixed the issue in there.

Note that when you make a copy, the Saved_item_ID changes, hence you’ll need to update that in your webhook config.
