i’m getting this error. and everytime i try to delete the node and create anything new, i start to get this other error.
Hey @TA2eBaKp_9DA! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format:
https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hey @TA2eBaKp_9DA – Could you hover over the node and upgrade it to the latest version or delete and add it back from the node library please?
Let me know if this works for you.
Sup, Wasay. I’ve tried that. Wether I upgrade it or delete, I can’t save the workflow anymore. I get that toast error “Something went wrong”. I also tried to copy the entire workflow, but it remains with the same issues. Something seems to be happening with this node, I don’t now what or why.
Interesting. Can you share the latest workflow link please?
Sure. Here they are, the 2 are the same node schema, but for different emails/purposes. They all share this same issue:
https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=ws3uVviLUJoXAmf1rjr4Ni
https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=ws3uVviLUJoXAmf1rjr4Ni
Tks
Thank you! Could you try this please:
- Disable the trigger
- Save workflow
- Enable trigger again
^ If you’re still seeing the something went wrong pop-up, then try this please:
- Delete the node, save workflow
- Add back the node, save workflow and then enable trigger
In both cases, try to enable the trigger after saving the workflow.
Unfortunately it didn’t work for any of them. I gave you edition approval so you can try to duplicate them and make your tests, ok?
I forgot to ask for your email, can you please share with me?
