We currently use a custom Airtable base, FileInvite (for doc collection), Close CRM and Google Workspace— and we’d like to focus initially on borrower intake and screening, doc collection and appraisal review.

I never built the exact flow you described but I’ve successful build flows around stock market analyses, base level product consulting an cold outreach campaigns execution. All of these required parts you mentioned in your flow so I feel perfectly capable on first learning more and then executing on your ask.
