Multiple Folders to process - one by one (in a loop)

So I have a google drive folder. In it are multiple folders, each with information (docs) about a company. Now I need a flow/loop which takes a folder and combines the text. Once done it needs to take the next folder. With a google sheet it is easy to create a loop. How to do this with folders?
