Here’s the link: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?workbook_id=cBsAnuD5G4Fwdkq35LcUiE
I am a newbie to using gumloop and yesterday i started creating a flow and it was working fine. I’ve been trying to work on it several times througout the day without avail. I keep getting the same message “Page isn’t responding”
I closed all my extensions, tried private tab, cleared cache, made a copy of this flow, same issue.
I am using Edge browser, i tried google browser, same issue.
I am not sure what to do now however I can seem to create a new flow and do that however i would like to get into the flow i created yesterday.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Update: I went back to get the shareable link to add to this post, and the strangest thing. It seems to be working again??
Hey @Jolanda_St_Croix! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hey @Jolanda_St_Croix – Thank you for flagging this and for the update. Just to confirm you’re seeing an error message when loading the pipeline page? Just want to make sure if its a workflow error or a platform error?
If this happens again and you can share a screenshot that would be super helpful!
Hi Wasay,
Thanks for your reply
Unfortunately It started doing the same again, it worked for a bit and now i can’t get it working again. When I open my flow and I add another field in the google sheets node it stops working and this is the screen I get each time. I am not sure what’s going on.
Ah I see, thanks for the screenshot. Seems like your chrome browser is crashing, a few quick things you can try:
- Close any extra tabs or apps running in the background
- Try turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome (Settings > System)
- Restart your browser or device
- If it keeps happening, maybe try opening the flow from a different device or browser profile
