Are the flows stalling again?

My flows are stalling again - like they did couple of days ago - is gumloop down? IS there a status page?

Hey @sumathi_Menon! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @sumathi_Menon – There seems to be an issue with running large automations right now, we’re looking into it and I’ll keep you posted. Apologies for the trouble here.

Hey @sumathi_Menon – We implemented a fix for this, you would have to re-run your flows. Let me know if everything works as expected now. Again really sorry for the trouble here, we’re investigating and fixing the root cause as well to avoid such disruptions in the future!
