New Company Record in HubSpot as trigger

I used “Ask Gummie” to help set this up, but its instructions seem off. It talked about toggling a switch to make HubSpot Company Reader into a trigger…but no such toggle is anywhere I can find.

HubSpot Company Reader settings:
Outputs: Company Domain Name
Number of Companies: 1

I had this connected to send email notification of sending the domain name to me…as a test to make sure it works. But when I add a new company in my HubSpot…nothing happens.

Hey @eputkonen! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @eputkonen – Gummie might have been off-base here, there’s no HubSpot trigger yet. You can find the list of triggers here: Triggers - Gumloop

Then I would like this conversation moved to a New Feature request. It would be great to trigger Workflows when new Contacts or Companies are added in HubSpot (or even other CRMs).
