Not a coder or Programmer. UTF-8 Encoding?

Let me preface by saying I am not a coder or programmer. So forgive me if this sounds like I am not speaking in complete sentences. I ran a gumloop automation the outputs are making errors in the finished output pdf. They have symbols where words are suppose to be. I Ai’d it and it said that I may need a utf-8 encoder on export to PDF? How do I implement this on my gumloop? help

Hey @Corey! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Corey – Can you share the run link so I can view the inputs/outputs please? You can find the run link on the https://www.gumloop.com/history page or through the Previous Runs tab on the canvas.

Please also provide access by adding my email (wasay@gumloop.com) or setting the workbook to “anyone with the link can view” from the share button?
