Problem with Workflow - Request for Refund

Dear Gumloop Team,

I made a workflow and saved it last night properly. Today morning when I ran the workflow, It ran the old version of the workflow and costed me more than 4000 credits.

I can assure you, or you can check from logs that my workflow was saved properly last night, and when I ran it today, it ran the old version.

Hey @Sarah! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={your_run_id}&workbook_id={workbook_id}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Sarah - If you ran the updated workflow you could recover it from the https://www.gumloop.com/history page. I also refunded you back your credits so you can continue building :slightly_smiling_face:
