Random Processing Pause and Data Wipe

Hi! When running my flow (link at https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id=9rt8hSf5pwZw8BzvnJ6vr2&workbook_id=mDKX2siTAvo9MQHKCDi9nD), the web research just stopped processing somewhere near the end of the left research node’s list. I stopped the run in an effort to pick up where I left off, but that did not work, and the ‘current run’ tab is not showing me any of the data uncovered during the run. It is marked as ‘terminating,’ and has been for the last twenty-odd minutes. I spent most of my monthly credits to finish this flow, so I would love a solution here–some way to get my run data back and finish up the last few research queries without having to redo all of the other processing.

Hey @pmodi! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @pmodi – Do you mind sharing the Google Sheet with me (wasay@gumloop.com) please? I can re-run the flow for you.

I’m also going to show you a better subflow structure so that the data is written to the Google Sheet as soon as it is processed instead of at once in the end.

I just shared the google sheet (titled “Week in SaaS”). Thank you Wasay!

Thank you @pmodi – I re-ran your flow with the subflow structure explained above and it worked perfectly.

Your Google sheet should have been updated as well.

If you want to view the subflow runs for each row you can do so from the run log. I’d recommend giving this a quick read—it’s helpful for debugging flows and checking outputs from the run log: Run Log Doc.
