I did the first three steps in the tutorial and i’m getting this error: Error: Something went wrong! For additional support, join the Gumloop Forum: https://forum.gumloop.com
Hey @spacemantis! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format:
https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Now it’s telling me I need to request access to my own flow…
Hey @spacemantis – apologies for the slow response. We also have a shared Slack channel (I can’t send the invite to your org since your org is the admin), and we’re much faster to respond there.
We fixed the issue with the share access – really sorry about that. As for the tutorial error, do you remember which guided tutorial it was? I tried looking up your failed runs but couldn’t find any history.
Going to try to get an invite to the channel today. In the meantime, now I’m getting login errors after Google login attempt and password reset.
Great, thank you! For the login issue, you’d have to sign-in via Okta: http://gumloop.com/shopify – let me know if that works
