Hey! They would need to connect and authorize their Gmail account on the credentials page for you to access their inbox.
Does that mean they then also need a Gumloop account, or can I just take their credentials and input them in the credentials page?
It depends. They’ll somehow need to access your account if you’re not on the pro plan. If you’re on a pro plan, you can add them as a member and ask them to add their credential. This is the best approach but adding them as the member would require having a Gumloop account.
