I’m trying to create a flow that scans 1 month ahead on a calander on a daily sequence, then update a different calendar to add a “busy” to another.
Context is I work a full time job, but also do side work as a contractor for another. I’m looking to try and block off my calander with “busy” on my Full time role calendar when I get calendar invites from my side work.
Right now when I pull the Google Calendar node onto the canvas, it only shows one authenticated calendar (the one set to default) and it doesn’t show all the calendars that I have authenticated. Is this expected or is this a bug? I’d anticipate that they would all show so that one node could be looking at one calendar, and the other could be writing to the other calendar.
Hey @zdorsch! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
Hey @zdorsch – In this case, you have two separate credentials for the calendars correct? Or are they all under the same credential/account?
If they are separate accounts, you’ll need to authenticate both of them here: Gumloop | Credentials and then you can select the appropriate credential on each Google Calendar Event Reader node under Credentials to Use:
