Slack Trigger not working

I have confirmed that my workflow works properly when I run from within the browser in gumloop, meaning we’re properly authenticated in Slack, it’s reading the message, continuing with my workflow. However, the trigger is simply not working upon sending the message. I have a pro subsscription so my understanding is the trigger should work.

The workflow ID is vDrXMYtHyjXnTW8uzF9spF&tab=7
The slack channel id is C08DNAKM0QP

Would love to know what I might need to change to get the flow to run automatically upon receiving a new slack message.

Hey sorry this looks like an inconsistency in our side from the database. Can you try:

  1. Turning off the Slack Message Reader
  2. Saving
  3. Fully deleting the Slack Message Reader and Error Shield
  4. Saving
  5. Adding back the Slack Message Reader and Error Shield + Switching the Trigger On
  6. Saving
