Some of the best Templates are GONE! :(

I had bookmarked some templates that were extremely helpful- as I was using them regularly. Suddenly, they seem to have disappeared- the saved URL that they were at is opening the particular template page but when I click on “Use template” it fails. And those templates are also no longer otherwise searchable in the Templates tab(I’m accessing the template pages via the links I had already had for them).
For e.g. The Sales Forecasting template was so nifty. This is the link for it: Sales Forecasting

Try using it and you will see that you can’t.

Several other cool ones are gone too.

Can someone please HELP! Thank you in advance!

Hey @kritikakapur! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @kritikakapur – Yes, we decided to deprecate the Sales Forecasting template, apologies for any inconvenience. You can still access the workflow through this link and all the other templates here: Gumloop | Templates

Let me know if that works and if there is any other template that you’d like to use, let me know.

Oh- Also, don’t know who to reach out to for this MAJOR issue- I’m unable to sign in AT ALL. It keeps throwing a “firebase error” repeatedly.

I’m a Paid Customer and my account is through my email address: kritikakapur@gmail.com

I’ve tried every browser and even switching laptops. Please help!

Hey @kritikakapur – Confirming that we’re seeing reports of an upstream outage with GCP affecting Firebase and BigQuery. We’re monitoring this really closely an will keep you posted, but expect services from many providers to be impacted.
