Hey @MT1! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Slack Channel Summarizer Template: We’re currently facing Slack rate limit issues because multiple users from Shopify are running flows at the same time. We’re actively working with the Slack team to find a solution and will send an update on our shared Slack channel (you can join that for faster support; I’m not an org admin, so I can’t send the invite directly). Really sorry about the trouble here.

Hiring Market Scanner Template: This seems to be working fine for me and I couldn’t find any failed runs associated with your email. Upcoming Day Calendar Brief: This is failing because the Shopify org has certain nodes disabled, like the email sender node. I’ve created a version without that – it gives the output directly in the interface. I tried the Upcoming Day Calendar Brief and it’s not working either. I’m getting the same error.
