Hi Gumloop Team,
I subscribed to Gumloop and was charged ($37 on [date]), and my dashboard shows 10,000 credits remaining. However, I’m unable to use the API because it requires a user_id/project_id, which is not visible anywhere in the dashboard.
This is blocking me from using the service I’ve paid for. Could you please:
- Provide my correct user_id/project_id for API calls.
- Confirm that my account is fully active and able to use start_pipeline with my saved_item_id (bXM7djNpLvL3SQKycGTFk).
- Ensure my API key is valid for external calls.
I need this resolved quickly, as I am currently building a client demo and this access issue is preventing me from delivering.
Thank you,
Hey @David_Bailey! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
-
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
-
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

-
Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.
You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history
Hey @David_Bailey – Hey David,
You can access your webhook API details from the webhook panel on the workflow page:

Let me know if that works for you.
