I had around 15000 credits now it is all gone

I had signed up for gumloop pro account for a month and got 30k credits. I still had 15k left. However, yesterday my account is left with less than 1000 credits. What happened?

Hey @Radvin18tid! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Radvin18tid – It seems like you subscribed on June 12th and then cancelled your subscription as you mentioned you only wanted the subscription for a month. Hence, the subscription ended on July 12th, and your credits were reset to the free tier.

Credits do not roll over month to month. However, I’ve unblocked you with some extra credits for now :slight_smile:

Oh dear, ok well noted. This will make it a lot more difficult for me to convince my boss to subscribe to Gumloop.

A sincere request and customer feedback regarding the same. There are many solopreuners who would find their life so much easier if they had access to Gumloop. However, 97 USD per month and no rolling of credits over to the next month would make it very difficult for them to choose Gumloop as a feasible option. Infact, I am going to showcase Gumloops features to a couple of Solopreuners/ working mothers.
