Hey @Ella! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.
Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}
Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

Hey @Ella – I checked the logs and it looks like you were switching between different accounts. I can confirm that all your flows are still saved under both accounts, so nothing has been lost.
When switching accounts, you might need to refresh the Hub page. You can do this by pressing Ctrl+R or doing a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R. This clears any cached data and should display all your flows correctly.
I’d also recommend closing all Gumloop tabs, then opening a new tab directly on the Hub page, or doing a hard refresh once you’re there. After that, you should see all your workflows.
If you’re still not seeing certain workflows, let me know which ones are missing and I can take a closer look.
