Arcads node fails in retrieving actors and situacion

I’m experiencing an issue with the Arcads Video Creator node. I have successfully connected my Arcads account, selected the product “Goddess Glow”, and the folder “Si tú no quieres”.

I’ve already created a video using an actor (e.g., Bethany) inside Arcads, and the video is saved correctly within the appropriate folder under the selected product.

However, when I go back to Gumloop and open the Arcads Video Creator node, the Actors dropdown remains empty (null) — even though the actor has clearly been used in a saved asset within the correct folder.

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Changed and reselected the product to force refresh
  • Removed and re-added the Arcads node
  • Created a new workbook
  • Waited several minutes in case it was a sync delay

Nothing has worked so far, and the actors_map seems to not populate even though Arcads data is valid.

Could you please check if there’s an issue with the product–actor mapping or force a sync from Arcads so the actors appear in the dropdown?

Let me know if you need screenshots or project IDs — happy to provide them.

Thanks!

Hey @Sergioc! If you’re reporting an issue with a flow or an error in a run, please include the run link and make sure it’s shareable so we can take a look.

  1. Find your run link on the history page. Format: https://www.gumloop.com/pipeline?run_id={{your_run_id}}&workbook_id={{workbook_id}}

  2. Make it shareable by clicking “Share” → ‘Anyone with the link can view’ in the top-left corner of the flow screen.

  3. Provide details about the issue—more context helps us troubleshoot faster.

You can find your run history here: https://www.gumloop.com/history

Hey @Sergioc – Thank you for the detailed information. This seems like an issue with a node, I’ve created a ticket to get this sorted, I’ll keep you posted.

Hey @Sergioc – Thank you so much for your patience on this. This should be fixed now. You’ll just need to delete and add back the Arcads node. Let me know if everything works as expected.
