I’ve been learning how to use Gumloop for a month, doing tests essentially.
A few weeks ago I’ve completed the courses that grant bonus credits before starting my tests. started with 20k/5k credits and my last connection showed 14k/5k. Nothing abnormal actually. I intended to use all free credits first before subscribing.
But today I was surprised to find out that the monthly reset of the credits wiped the bonus credits count, now showing 5k/5k. I have not found any documentation of this specific case, is that a normal behavior of the monthly reset mecanism ?
