I’ve been using the free tier of Gumloop for two months. It typically resets every month, but this time it hasn’t. Even five days into the new month, there’s been no reset. Has the free tier been removed, or is there a problem with the backend?

Thanks for reaching out. The Gumloop free plan has recently been sunset, and you should also see a popup about this inside the product.
You can continue using your existing agents and flows for as long as you have credits remaining, and none of your data will be lost. Going forward, though, free credits will no longer be replenished on a monthly basis.
If you’d like to keep exploring Gumloop, you can also start a 14-day free trial before deciding whether you’d like to move to a paid plan.
